These terms govern your use of wander-lux.ca and the WanderLux supplier/client portal. By using this site or creating an account, you agree to them. WanderLux is a travel business based in Ontario, Canada, operating under TICO registration 4372512, held by our host agency, Plus Travel Group.
What this site is (and isn't) today
wander-lux.ca is currently an informational and portal site. It does not process bookings or payments directly. Any travel arrangements are made through direct consultation with WanderLux, and are subject to the terms of the specific suppliers (hotels, airlines, tour operators, and similar) involved, in addition to these terms.
Accounts
Client and supplier accounts require admin approval before they can be used. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately at info@wander-lux.ca if you believe your account has been compromised.
Suppliers are responsible for the accuracy of any privilege content they submit. WanderLux reviews and may approve, reject, or remove any submitted content at its discretion.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use this site to submit false, misleading, or unlawful content, to attempt to access another user's account or data, or to interfere with the site's normal operation.
No guarantee of availability or outcome
WanderLux uses its expertise to curate and coordinate travel experiences, but cannot guarantee the availability, pricing, or conduct of third-party suppliers, nor that any particular itinerary or recommendation will be available at the time you wish to book.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, WanderLux is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or from the acts or omissions of third-party suppliers. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Ontario or Canadian law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable in Ontario.
