From connecting with local communities to discovering places far beyond the familiar, her experiences have shaped her understanding of what travel can truly mean.
But some of her most profound experiences have come from witnessing the realities of life in communities with limited access to basic necessities. Visiting villages where families lack clean water, girls struggle to access essential menstrual hygiene products, and children face barriers to education has touched her deeply. These encounters have stayed with her long after she returned home.
They have also strengthened her belief that every child deserves dignity, opportunity, and the chance to build a brighter future.
This belief is an important part of Annie's vision for WanderLux. While creating exceptional travel experiences and building relationships with trusted partners around the world, she is equally committed to finding meaningful ways to give back to the communities that have welcomed her.
